Showtime Renews ‘Shameless’ for Season 10

Cameron Monaghan to Return as Ian Gallagher

Showtime drama staple “Shameless,” which debuted on January 9, 2011, is returning for a 10th season despite the pending departure of Emmy Rossum as Fiona. Returning is Cameron Monaghan as Ian, who exited early in this current season. The remainder of the cast — William H. Macy, Jeremy Allen White, Emma Kenney, Ethan Cutkosky, Shonda Hampton and Steve Howey — will remain intact.
 
Assuming another 12 new episodes will be ordered, this will take “Shameless” through 120 episodes.
