‘SNL’: The Devil Gloats on ‘Weekend Update’

During “Weekend Update” on the October 23, 2021 edition of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” the devil (Jason Sudeikis) made a guest appearance to tout his successful recent years, taking credit for the Houston Astros, Tom Brady, Bitcoin, vaping and too-large web page advertisements that won’t go away no matter how much scrolling takes place.

When anchor Colin Jost asked him about taking credit for conspiracy theorists QAnon, the devil vehemently denied doing so (“Don’t drag my good name into your sick fantasies.”) and warned Jost “you take that back… or… I will go back on our deal to let you marry Scarlett [Johansson].”
