Ratings Breakdown:
It was another easy Sunday overnight victory for NBC care of “Sunday Night Football” (Chicago Bears 25, Minnesota Vikings 20) at an estimated 12.1 rating/21 share in households for the primetime portion. Overall, the game averaged a 12.3 rating in the overnight households and a 6.8 rating in adults 18-49 through its conclusion at 11:50 p.m. ET.

Elsewhere, it was Sunday overnight business as usual. CBS granddaddy “60 Minutes” (#1: 7.6/13 at 8 p.m.) led into a 5.4/ 9 for freshman “God Friended Me” in the 8 p.m. ET hour, which is a compatible fit. And 9-11 dramas “NCIS: Los Angeles” (#2: 5.0/ 8) and “Madam Secretary” (#2: 3.9/ 7) remained a respectable alternative to football on NBC.

On ABC, the non-scripted trio of veteran “America’s Funniest Home Videos” (#3: 3.3/ 6 at 7 p.m.), unnecessary “Dancing With the Stars Juniors” (#3: 2.9/ 5 at 8 p.m.) and “Shark Tank” (#3: 2.6/ 4 at 9 p.m.) led into an encore telecast of “Shark Tank” (#3: 2.0/ 3) at 10 p.m. in place of “The Alec Baldwin Show” (which the network needs to put out of its misery).
