Ratings Breakdown:
The preseason NFL match-up between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Tennessee Titans led NBC to Sunday overnight victory, with an estimated 4.5 rating/8 share in households. But the top-rated program for the evening remained a encore telecast of “60 Minutes” on CBS at a 5.6/11 from 7-8 p.m.

In series finale new, CBS’ sophomore “Instinct” concluded with a third-place 2.6/ 5 in households at 9 p.m. (out of a third-place 3.1/ 7 for “Big Brother” at 8 p.m.). Year-to-year, “Big Brother” slipped by 21 percent (versus a 3.1/ 9 on 8/27/18).
