Sunday Ratings: CBS’ ‘Big Brother’ and ABC’s ‘Celebrity Family Feud’ Share Modest Dominance

Only five hours of Sunday night’s schedule was original programming. As expected, “Big Brother” on CBS topped the night in adults 18-49, with a 0.7 rating/7 share in the demo. But at 3.83 million viewers, it trailed ABC’s competing “Celebrity Family Feud” (4.52 million) for most-watched show of the night. “Celebrity Family Feud” scored a 0.5/ 5 in the demo (#2).

“Celebrity Family Feud” led into “The $100,000 Pyramid” (Viewers: #1, 3.95 million; A18-49: #1, 0.4/ 4), which has moved back to 9 p.m., and recent game show entry “The Final Straw” (Viewers: #2, 2.03 million; A18-49: #1t, 0.3/ 3 at 10 p.m.).

The only other original program of the evening was NBC’s “Who Do You Think You Are”, which was virtually off the charts with just 1.58 million viewers (#3) and a 0.1/ 1 in adults 18-49 (#3t) at 8 p.m.
