  1. I think Madam Secretary ended in such a way that they can take it to another network (cable, or better yet, Netflix) and keep the show going. It never should have been on commercial tv to begin with. Why did CBS pick it up and cancel it a week later? Could it be they just can’t stand the thought of a female president? Or worse, a female president who can get things done? Did the ERA amendment make someone nervous? Bring it back, PLEASE! Somebody! Excellent show that would be absolutely supreme, commercial-free.

    • I totally agree. Very few shows on network television are worth looking at, this was one of the best. It belongs on another network that won’t interfere with football overruns which did not help with the ratings. Great cast, story lines that made you see both sides of the coin, and well just a great show. Will keep fingers crossed for Madame President to go to another network.
