Syfy Cancels ‘Hunters’

The Now Series-Finale Airs Tonight

Syfy has opted against a second season of drama “Hunters” for the usual reason: low ratings. Debuting on April 11, “Hunters,” which was based on the novel “Alien Hunter” by Whitley Strieber, centered around the disappearance of a decorated Philadelphia cop’s wife when he discovered an organization group who hunts down alien terrorists. “Hunters” was executive produced by Natalie Chaidez, Gale Anne Hurd and Emile Levisetti. The co-executive producers were Terri Burton and Ron Milbauer, and the series starred Nathan Phillips, Britne Oldford, Lewis Fitz-Gerald, Mark Coles Smith, Julian McMahon, Gareth Davies, Shannon Berry and Laura Gordon.

The now series-finale of “Hunters” aired last night.
