The Television Syndication Company Announces ‘Everyday Heroes’ Weekly Series for Fall 2024

Television Syndication Company (TVS) has announced that monthly special series “Everyday Heroes” will be moving to a half-hour weekly format next fall.  “Everyday Heroes” features veterans, first responders, teachers, healthcare workers, community leaders, and more. Each week, they take viewers on an emotional journey, capturing the collective focus of national events, holidays and observances. The series honors individuals and groups whose stories are the foundation of what it is to be American.

“Everyday Heroes has resonated with stations and viewers alike who are looking for more positive, uplifting stories” said Cassie Yde, President of The Television Syndication Company in a statement.

Other TVS offerings for half hour weeklies include “Small Town Big Deal” hosted by Jann Carl and Rodney Miller, which returns for season 10; “HouseCalls, which is back for season 26 with new host, Brian Kelsey, to continue Ron Hazelton’s legacy; and “RaceWeek, “Sports Stars of Tomorrow” (offered as both E/I and sports adjacency), “Laura McKenzie’s Traveler, “Street Magic” and “Great Big World” (E/I).

Offerings to Florida markets only include “What’s Next!” (season 4), the freshman “Power & Politics, and new weekly series “Flip My Florida Yard.” In addition, “Pets Welcome Here” will have a half-hour summer special, and “Small Town Big Deal’s Christmas Across America” returns for its 7th year with another hour special for the holidays.
