For the second consecutive Thursday night, CBS and ESPN split victory. CBS led prime time among total viewers (7.53 million), adults 18-49 (1.6 rating/6 share) and adults 25-54 (2.3/7); ESPN was No. 1 among adults 18-34 (1.3 rating) due to NBA Eastern Conference Semifinal Game 2: Miami Heat at Toronto Raptors.
ESPN’s fellow Disney network ABC also had some good news in the adults 18-34 demographic, as indicated here earlier in the preliminary nationals and still held true in final data: “Grey’s Anatomy” (1.6/9) bested its direct competition of CBS’s “The Big Bang Theory” (1.5/8) at 8-8:30 p.m.
