On the positive side, the 17th Annual Latin Grammy Awards increased its reach to those who tuned in to all or part of the three-hour live broadcast by 11 percent from 2015 (9.0 million vs. 8.1 million). The event attracted more Hispanic viewers among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Total Viewers 2+ than the combined audience of the latest editions of the “Billboard Music Awards” and “Country Music Awards.” And, Univision ranked third among all networks, regardless of language, among adults 18-34 with 718,000 within the demo having tuned in.
