The series that starred Harvey Korman and Valerie Perrine only ran for six episodes. The series premiere episode featured a cameo by Liberace…Gary (Ted Shackelford) and Val (Joan Van Ark) married for the third time on the 300th episode of CBS’ “Knots Landing” in 1991. The drama ended after 14 seasons on May 23, 1993…ABC sitcoms “Who’s The Boss”? and “Growing Pains” concluded in 1992. “Who’s The Boss?” aired for eight seasons, with “Growing Pains” at seven…Philip Michael Thomas reunited with his “Miami Vice” partner Don Johnson and Tommy Chong reunited with his 70’s comedic movie partner Cheech Marin on an episode of CBS detective series “Nash Bridges” in 1997; actor-singer Meat Loaf also guest starred in the episode…TV movie “The Dukes of Hazzard: Reunion!” was telecast on CBS in 1997.

One was “Who’s the Boss?,” and the other was “Three’s a Crowd,” the second spin-off from “Three’s Company.” Given its eight season run, “Who’s the Boss?” was obviously the better choice.
