Tony Reali Takes Time at End of ‘Around the Horn’ Episode to Share His Personal Feelings on Recent Life Events

ESPN’s daily afternoon program “Around the Horn” primarily delves in the world of sports. On its June 18th edition, however, its host Tony Reali spent the episode’s final two minutes to share something personal — his grief over losing one of his twin sons just moments before childbirth and his empathy with the parents whose children are currently in detention centers due to the nation’s current immigration policy.

Reali stated, “Today my thoughts are with children in cages. That’s parents experiencing loss too. Humanity needs to be better.”
