Tuesday Final Nationals: CW Tops Night Among Males 18-34, ‘Marvel’s Agent Carter’ on ABC Slumps in Return

CBS was the No. 1 network on Tuesday among total viewers (12.38 million), adults 18-49 (1.8 rating/6 share), adults 25-54 (2.6/7) and tied with NBC for tops among adults 18-34 (1.0/4).

CW’s “The Flash” returned from its winter hiatus rising +10% from its last original in adults 18-34 (1.1/5) and holding steady in adults 18-49 (1.3/4). It was also #1 in its time period in males 18-34 (1.3/6), and was #2 in adults 18-34, adults 18-49, and males 18-49 (1.6/6), and #3 in total viewers (3.4M).

“The Flash” was also up +29 percent from its last original in women 18-34 (0.9/3) and in women 18-49 (1.1/3).

The special preview of the CW’s new series “D.C.’s Legends of Tomorrow: Their Time is Now” tied for #1 in the time period (9-9:30pm) in males 18-34 (0.8/3), tied for #2 in M18-49 (1.1/4), and tied the return of ABC’s “Agent Carter” in the hour in adults 18-34 (0.6/2)

In regards to the second season premiere of ABC’s “Agent Carter,” it fell -21 percent (in total viewers) and -31 percent (in adults 18-49) from its season one finale on Feb. 24, 2015. The declines are even more steep when comparing to its series premiere from Jan. 6, 2015 (-54 percent in total viewers, -53 percent in adults 18-49).
