    “SPARTAN” TIES AS THE NIGHT’S #2 NON-NBA PRIMETIME PROGRAM

    Monday Primetime Results:

    “American Ninja Warrior” (1.4/5 in 18-49, 5.3 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET):
    · Is the #1 non-NBA-related show of the night on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and total viewers.
    · Facing high-rated competition from the decisive game of the NBA Finals, outrated Fox’s rival summer alternative premiere by a +75% margin (1.4 vs. 0.8 from 8-10 p.m. for “So You Think You Can Dance” [0.9] and “Superhuman” [0.7]).
    · Finishes within 0.3 of last summer’s premiere in 18-49 (1.4 vs. 1.7 from 8-10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2016), as well as last summer’s finale (1.4 vs. 1.7 from 8-10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 12, 2016). In total viewers, “Ninja” finishes within 9% of last summer’ finale (5.343 million vs. 5.877 million), despite last night’s competition from ABC’s NBA Finals.
    · Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting – last summer, “American Ninja Warrior” grew by +21% going from L+SD to L+7 in 18-49 rating (from a 1.76 rating to a 2.13, L+7) and more than +1.1 million viewers overall (6.3 million to 7.3 million).
    · Upscale: Last summer, “Ninja” delivered a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 114 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes (with 100 representing an average concentration of those homes).

    “Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge” (0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.5 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):
    · Maintains 100% of last summer’s finale in 18-49 (0.9 vs. 0.9 from 8-10 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2016) and grows +9% in total viewers (3.504 million vs. 3.225 million).
    · Ties as the #2 non-NBA telecasts of the night on the Big 4 in 18-49, behind only “Ninja.”
    · Ranks #2 in the timeslot among ABC, CBS and NBC in every key demo behind ABC’s NBA coverage.
    · Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD – last summer, “Spartan” grew by +17% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.08 to a 1.26) and +514,000 viewers overall (3.7 million to 4.2 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
    · Upscale: Last summer, “Spartan” generated a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 118 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes (with 100 representing an average concentration of those homes).

    In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night:

    · In Nielsen’s 56 metered markets, household results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 1.7/4; “Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” 2.2/5; and ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” delayed by NBA basketball.

    · In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 0.6/3; “Late Show,” 0.4/2; and “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” delayed by NBA basketball.

    · From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC’s “Nightline” was delayed by NBA basketball.

    · From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” 1.0/3 in metered-market households; CBS’s “Late Late Show,” 1.1/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: “Late Night,” 0.4/3 in 18-49; “Late Late Show,” 0.2/2.

    · At 1:35 a.m., “Last Call with Carson Daly” averaged a 0.5/2 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
