    NBC is currently running #1 or tied for #1 among the Big 4 nets for four of four half-hours from 9-11 p.m., pending updates. Note that NBC carried NFL football in the Cleveland and Baltimore markets,

    “The Blacklist” (1.4/5 in 18-49, 6.5 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

    · Is currently delivering season highs in 18-49 and total viewers, pending updates.

    · Is scoring its highest 18-49 rating since April 14 (1.4) and matching its high since Feb 4 (1.5).

    · Is winning the slot among the ABC-CBS-NBC dramas in 18-49, total viewers, adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and all key adult-male demos.

    · Currently remains undefeated against non-sports competition on ABC, CBS and NBC in the time period this season in total viewers.

    · Is currently up +27% week to week in 18-49 (1.4 vs. 1.1) and +20% in total viewers (6.516 million vs. 5.449 million).

    · Will increase dramatically via time-shifting and VOD – “Blacklist” has grown by +110% in 18-49 rating so far this season going from L+SD to L+7 (1.14 to a 2.39) and +4.8 million viewers overall (5.9 million to 10.7 million).

    · Upscale: “Blacklist” is delivering a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 123 among adults 18-49 in $100K+ homes.

    “Chicago Med” (1.5/5 in 18-49, 7.4 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

    · Is currently equaling its season high in 18-49 and at a new season high in total viewers, pending updates.

    · Is tied for the slot lead among the Big 4 nets in adults 18-49 and is #1 outright among those nets in total viewers, women 18-49 and adults, men and women 18-34.

    · Currently remains undefeated in the hour this season versus regular non-sports competition on the Big 4 nets in both 18-49 and total viewers.

    · Is up +13% week to week in 18-49 (1.5 vs. 1.3) and +8% in total viewers (7.354 million vs. 6.833 million), pending updates.

    · Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD – So far this season, “Med” has been increasing by +65% in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 1.33 to a 2.20) and +3.3 million viewers overall (6.9 million to 10.2 million).

    · Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD – so far this season, “Superstore” is growing by +50% in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 1.25 to a 1.87) and +1.3 million viewers overall (4.7 million to 6.0 million).

    · Upscale: “Superstore” is delivering a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 117 among adults 18-49 in $100K+ homes.

    · Non-Linear Viewership: Last season “Superstore” averaged an additional 1.93 rating in 18-49 on non-linear digital platforms, making itNBC’s highest rated show on a non-linear basis and the show is generating even bigger digital numbers this season.

    A second episode of “Superstore” (1.4/5 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall from 8:30-9 p.m. ET):

    · Is currently scoring its highest rating since the show’s season premiere in 18-49 (1.5 on Sept. 22), pending updates.

    · Is building on its Nielsens in the previous half-hour by +8% in 18-49 and +3% in total viewers

    In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

    · In Nielsen’s 56 metered markets, household results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 2.5/6; “Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” 2.2/6; and ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” 1.9/5.

    · In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 0.9/5; “Late Show,” 0.5/2; and “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” 0.6/3.

    · From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC’s “Nightline” averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

    · From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” 1.2/4 in metered-market households; CBS’s “Late Late Show,” 1.0/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: “Late Night,” 0.4/3 in 18-49; “Late Late Show,” 0.2/2.

    · At 1:35 a.m., “Last Call with Carson Daly” averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

    ABC Thursday Prime (8-11pm – 5.1 million and 1.3/5 in AD18-49):

    · At 8pm, ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy came out of the gate as Thursday’s #2 TV show to The Big Bang Theory in Adults 18-49,moving ahead of CBS’ The Great Indoors out of Big Bang at 8:30pm by double digits (+12% – 1.9/7 vs. 1.7/6) and making ABC #1 in the half-hour. In addition, Grey’s was Thursday’s #1 drama for the 8th week in a row this season in Adults 18-49.

    · Beating Fox’s World Series-promoted Pitch (2.6 million and 0.7/2) from 9-10pm, ABC’s Notorious grew by 6% in Total Viewers (3.8 million vs. 3.6 million) and by 13% in Adults 18-49 (0.9/3 vs. 0.8/3) to deliver 3 week highs – since 10/20/16.

    · At 10pm, ABC’s Murder earned its most watched telecast in 3 weeks (4.3 million – since 10/20/16) and held even in Adults 18-49 (1.2/4).

    ABC’s Thursday Dramas Surge in L+7: On average through 5 weeks of Live + 7 Day playback this season, ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy surges +65% over its L+SD Adult 18-49 rating, Notorious grows +60% and How to Get Away with Murder spikes +117%.

    “The Big Bang Theory” Tops the Night in All Key Measures

    CBS Sweeps Thursday in Viewers, A18-49 and A25-54

    · At 8:00 PM, THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in viewers (14.22m), A18-49 (3.4, up +10% from 3.1) and A25-54 (4.7, up +4% from 4.5), the night’s top program in all these measures.

    · At 8:30 PM, THE GREAT INDOORS was first in viewers (7.91m), A25-54 (2.5, nc) and second in A18-49 (1.7, up +6% from 1.6).

    · At 9:00 PM, MOM averaged (7.08m, up +3% from 6.85m) and was first in A18-49 (1.5, tie, up +15% from 1.3) and A25-54 (2.2, up +10% from 2.0).

    · At 9:30 PM, LIFE IN PIECES averaged 6.19m (up +5% from 5.92m), 1.4 in A18-49 (+8% from 1.3) and 2.0 in A25-54 (+5% from 1.9).

    · At 10:00 PM, PURE GENIUS averaged 5.33m, 0.9 in A18-49 (nc) and 1.3 in A25-54 (nc).

    · For the night, CBS was first in viewers (7.68m), A18-49 (1.7) and A25-54 (2.4).

  4. Amazing that a super-hyped show like Superstore can have a “Fall Finale” so early…

    given how those don’t work to boost ratings any longer, I don’t understand why NBC still does it.

    The Great Indoors is a huge waste of Big Bang’s lead-in and officially another flop for the season.

    In a better managed time, CBS would be furbishing a replacement show, but alas they have none.

  5. Good fall finale for the Blacklist. Now it is my hope they drop the Elizabeth’s baby storyline and drop it quick. It has been milked for way too long
