ABC is in conversations with “Good Morning America Weekend” anchor and ABC News correspondent Sarah Haines to replace departing Michelle Collins as co-host on “The View” next season. Collins is the latest to exit the veteran morning network talker, who joined the show just one year ago in another major overhaul.

If ABC signs Haines for “The View,” she will be potentially joining Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Candace Cameron Bure, Paula Faris and Raven-Symone next season. But Goldberg’s contract expires in August and rumor has it the network is not happy with Symone. So, Haines may not be the only new addition. Stay tuned.
