VRV Announces Fourth Season of ‘The Cyanide & Happiness Show’

Ten New Episodes Ordered

Fandom-focused video platform VRV (featuring SVOD channels Crunchyroll, NickSplat, Rooster Teeth, Shudder, and VRV Select) is bringing back animated “The Cyanide & Happiness Show” for a fourth season. The series is based on the webcomic from Exposm Entertainment, and will premiere on VRV later this year. Ten new episodes have been ordered. Ten new episodes have been ordered.

Each episode consists of a few short stories, with the goal of each episode to be “to extract the human excretion known as laughter from your face hole via fast-paced weird comedy.” The first season was initially released on YouTube from November 12, 2014 to January 21, 2015. The show was later acquired by Seeso, which produced second and third seasons before selling the show to VRV in 2017.

Created to provide fans with a next-gen entertainment experience, VRV offers immersive content experiences in a digitally-driven environment via bundled subscription, a la carte subscription, or ad-supported options.
