‘Stranger Things,’ ‘Westworld’ and ‘Saturday Night Live’ Top Creative Arts Emmy Awards

HBO Tops the Networks at 19 Wins

Netflix’s “Stranger Things,” HBO’s “Westworld” and NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” led the winner’s list at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards this past weekend, each with five wins. HBO’s “The Night Of” was next at four wins (including nods for cinematography, editing, sound mixing and sound editing). HBO had the most victories for a network after the two-night Creative Arts phase with 19, with Netflix second at 16 and NBC third overall at nine.

Winners in the Outstanding Guest Actor and Actress in a Drama Series went to Gerald McRaney for “This Is Us” and Alexis Bledel for Hulu’s “The Handmaid Tale,” while the two winners in the Guest Comedy categories were Dave Chappelle and Melissa McCarthy, both for NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.”

Highlights from Saturday and Sunday’s award presentations in 92 categories will air on Saturday, Sept. 16 as a special on FXX. What follows are the listing of winners:
