Nicki Minaj Raps About Stephen Colbert and Tells a Monologue Joke on ‘The Late Show’

Promoting her newly-released album “Queen”, rapper Nicki Minaj was a guest on the Aug. 13 edition of CBS’s “The Late Show”.

In a rap reference to one of her songs on the album entitled “Barbie Dreams”, Minaj “added” host Stephen Colbert to the list of men with whom she’d “hook up”, making him blush afterward.

Later, Colbert commented that he probably couldn’t rap like how she does but she could probably be a late-night host like him, leading Minaj to tell one of the monologue jokes that had previously been cut from the show.

On Aug. 14, the website for “The Late Show” presented an uncut version of Nicki Minaj’s lively interview, with 5 extra minutes not seen on CBS due to time limitations.
