    ABC Monday Prime (8-11pm – 8.6 million and 1.3/4 in AD18-49): ABC took 2nd place on Monday in Total Viewers (8.6 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.3/4-tie). ABC’s Dancing was Monday’s most watched TV series for the 2nd week in a row, outdrawing NBC’s The Voice on the night by 1.0 million viewers (10.9 million vs. 9.9 million).

    Please note: ABC’s Monday lineup was preempted in Buffalo for local NFL coverage (0.5% U.S.).

    Dancing With the Stars (8-10pm – 10.9 million and 1.6/5 in AD18-49): From 8-10pm, ABC’s Broadway Night on Dancing With the Stars grew week to week by 5% in Total Viewers (10.9 million vs. 10.4 million) and by 7% in Adults 18-49 (1.6/5 vs. 1.5/5).

    Conviction (10-11pm – 3.9 million and 0.7/2 in AD18-49): Returning after the prior week’s preemption at 10pm, ABC’s freshman Conviction held steady with its most recent telecast two weeks ago in Adults 18-49 (0.7/2 vs. 0.8/3). Conviction Jumps +75% in L+7 TV Playback this Season: On average this season in the Live + 7 Day ratings, Conviction spikes +75% in Adults 18-49 over its L+SD average (0.8 rating to 1.4 rating). The new ABC drama also pulls in an additional +2.6 million viewers, bringing its Live + 7 Day average audience to 7.2 million viewers (vs. 4.6 million in L+SD).

    “Scorpion” All Post Growth in Viewers and Demos

    · At 8:00 PM, KEVIN CAN WAIT averaged 7.32m (up +14% from 6.42m), 1.7 in A18-49 (up +31% from 1.3) and 2.4 in A25-54 (up +20% from 2.0). KEVIN CAN WAIT was Monday’s #1 regularly scheduled scripted broadcast in viewers, A18-49 and A25-54.

    · At 8:30 PM, MAN WITH A PLAN averaged 6.21m (up +4% from 5.95m), 1.4 in A18-49 (up +8% from 1.3) and 2.0 in A25-54 (up +5% from 1.9).

    · At 9:00 PM, 2 BROKE GIRLS averaged 5.45m (up +9% from 4.99m), 1.4 in A18-49 (up +8% from 1.3) and 2.0 in A25-54 (up +11% from 1.8).

    · At 9:30 PM, THE ODD COUPLE, featuring a tribute to Garry Marshall, averaged a season high 5.05m (up +18% from 4.28m), 1.1 in A18-49 (up +22% from 0.9) and 1.7 in A25-54 (up +21% from 1.4).

    · At 10:00 PM, SCORPION averaged 6.80m (up +4% from 6.51m), 1.1 in A18-49 (nc) and 1.7 in A25-54 (up +6% from 1.6).

    · CBS was second for the night in A18-49 (1.3, tie) and A25-54 (1.9).

  3. What does ABC have to replace Conviction with at midseason? They’ve only aired five episodes so there is potentially eight more episodes if the series order isn’t cut which could take it into February if ABC doesn’t have anything better to air.

    • There’s the rub of the network’s lack of budget.

      Had they been better at picking shows and gotten actual hits in the past few years, they’d now have more money to program and promote…
