AIM TV Announces Seventh Season of Weekly ‘Raw Travel’

News Comes on the Heels of a Record Rated May Sweeps

AIM Tell-A-Vision® Group (AIM TV) has greenlit syndicated weekly “Raw Travel” for a seventh season, which will premiere on broadcast affiliates this October. The syndicated show airs in over 95 percent of the U.S. (in over 170 more cities).

With a focus on ecotourism, volountourism (giving back) and underground culture with off the beaten path travel, “Raw Travel” continues to expand its international footprint in Asia (National Geographic People, Amazon India), Europe (Fox Iberia, RTL.) and Africa. “Raw Travel” also can be seen via several In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) offerings on airlines such as Delta, Air Canada, Virgin America, Finnair and more and has plans for an OTT (Over the Top) offering in 2019.

“Every year it seems I feel like we’ve peaked and can’t possibly continue sailing upstream against prevailing industry tailwinds, but I’m joyfully proven wrong each time.,” said ‘Raw Travel’ executive producer Robert G. Rose. “It appears even I underestimated the appetite for authentic travel content.”

The news of “Raw Travel’s” renewal comes on the heels of its most successful May Sweeps rating period (with growth, year-to-year, of 13 percent in total viewers).
