CBS Orders Full Season of Comedy ‘Ghosts’

Pickup Comes on the Heels of the Additional Episodes Ordered for 'NCIS: Hawai'i' and 'FBI: International'

CBS has announced a full season pick-up for freshman comedy “Ghosts”, which has generated interest in place of “Mom” in the Thursday 9 p.m. half-hour this season. The series, which stars Rose McIver and Utkarsh Ambudkar, follows a struggling young couple, Samantha (McIver) and Jay (Ambudkar), whose dreams come true when they inherit a beautiful country house, only to find it’s both falling apart and inhabited by many of the deceased previous residents.

“Ghosts” is now the third freshman series to be handed a full season renewal following “NCIS: Hawa’i’ and “FBI: International.” But, like the earlier pickups, there is no confirmation on the number of additional episodes ordered.
