  1. Starting to hate the timeslot for BOTNS especially if BB is going to have a big season this summer. The Wall is a tough opponent too. I do think BOTNS won’t slip further than this it’ll probably hang in around this area the rest of the summer so hopefully ABC picks it up. The show is a ton of fun and I love it but clearly needs to be retooled. The cast is great it’s just the other elements of the show that needs to be improved like the most exciting parts of the show is the opening race, swimming events, obstacle course, and tug-of-war. I don’t like the two segments in the middle before the obstacle course the highlight packages aren’t good.

To me the show needs 2 hours clearly like American Nina Warrior. I would love to see them try to show the entire competition of these sports and switch them up as well. With basketball they really need to take a page from Big 3 Basketball on FS1 and how that’s setup. They really need to focus on the showcasing the sports. I’m enjoying this format as well but I do think those changes are needed if they bring it back next year and hopefully they do because last night’s episode was amazing and competitive.

    • Whoever bright idea was to have Tracy start Track & Field wasn’t thinking should have had a male start the race. I like the format just seems to be packed into just an hour which should be 2 hours.

      • Yeah that was really stupid because the race was over before it started. Tracy was so damn slow and it was worse than Lisa’s start the week before where Joey Lawrence was able to get them back into the race.

Same here format is great but it needs to be 2 hours in order to work. The 1 hour format works better as a syndicated rerun or something. The show is too big a single hour and it’s a sports competition they really have to show the sports in their entirety. I would say cut down on the pointless sports and show 5 of them in their entirety and change them up every week like I wanna see a real touch or flag football game like the original one had.
