The Indian Wells Masters kicks off the hard court campaign in tennis in the United States and is one of the leading ATP Tour 1000 events. The men’s tournament, which was won by Roger Federer in 2017, is held in California, where the weather is often glorious for the world’s leading players; many of who return for the first time since the opening Grand Slam of the year, the Australian Open.
