HBO Renews ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ for Season 11

Ten New Episodes Expected in 2021

HBO has greenlit Larry David comedy “Curb Your Enthusiasm” for an 11th season. Debuting on HBO in 2001 and running 10-episode seasons at no set time of pattern, “Curb Your Enthusiasm” features the “Seinfeld” creator as an over-the-top version of himself in a comical depiction of his fictionalized life. The 10th season opened on January 19, 2020 and featured David alongside Cheryl Hines, Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman, Richard Lewis, J.B. Smoove and Ted Danson.

The series hit the 100-episode milestone in March. It originally ended in 2011 after eight seasons, with David reviving it in 2017. The show has received 43 Emmy nominations to-date, including eight nominations for best comedy series.

“This past season tapped into the zeitgeist in such an uncomfortably delightful way,” said Amy Gravitt, executive vice president of HBO Programming. “Larry is already busy writing, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store.”
