HBO Renews ‘Succession’ for Season 2

The Renewal Comes Just One Week After the Drama Debuted

HBO has greenlit recently introduced drama “Succession” for a second season, with an unconfirmed number of new episodes. The series follows the fictional Roy family — Logan Roy (Brian Cox) and his four children — which controls one of the biggest media and entertainment conglomerates in the world, tracking their lives as they contemplate what the future will hold for them once their aging father begins to step back from the company.

The cast includes Jeremy Strong, Hiam Abbass, Sarah Snook, Kieran Culkin, Alan Ruck, Nicholas Braun, Matthew Macfadyen, Natalie Gold, Peter Friedman and Rob Yang.
