ID Renews ‘The Coroner: I Speak for the Dead’ for a Second Season

Investigation Discovery (ID) announced that production is currently underway on a second season of “The Coroner: I Speak for the Dead,” which brings audiences inside the work of seasoned coroner Graham Hetrick. The logline: For more than 25 years as Coroner of Dauphin County, Pa., Hetrick has administered the medical legal death investigation process to help homicide detectives reveal the story of how and perhaps why someone died. Through complex forensic analysis, Hetrick and his team uncover the secrets that every body holds, providing information crucial to solving homicide cases, and giving a voice to those who can no longer speak.

Season two of “The Coroner: I Speak for the Dead,” produced for Investigation Discovery by Radley Studios, is slated to premiere this summer. Ten new episodes have been ordered.
