CBS was the most-watched network on Monday night with 9.55 million total viewers.
Among all key demographics — adults 18-49, 25-54 and adults 18-34 — Fox was dominant with the Monday premiere of “The X-Files” and the series debut of “Lucifer” — the latter program matching the adults 18-49 performance of fellow Fox drama “Rosewood” when it premiered on Sep. 23, 2015 but eked by in besting it among adults 25-54 (3.0 rating vs. Rosewood’s 2.9 rating).
Both Fox dramas were the night’s top programs among adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. ABC’s “The Bachelor” — which rose to season-to-date highs in total viewers and adults 18-49 — led the night in adults 18-34.
