Netflix has opted against a second season of fantasy drama “Cursed”, which was based on a key character from the King Arthur legend. Based on Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler’s illustrated book, “Cursed” was a re-imagining of the Arthurian legend as told through the eyes of the young woman, played by Katherine Langford, who would become the Lady of the Lake.

“Cursed” also starred Devon Terrell as Arthur, Gustaf Skarsgard as Merlin, Daniel Sharman as Lancelot, and Sebastian Armesto as King Uther. The series is the latest in a recent string of single-season cancellations at Netflix, including the superhero saga “Jupiter’s Legacy”, the teen drama “Grand Army”, the Kevin James comedy “The Crew” and Jamie Foxx sitcom “Dad Stop Embarrassing Me!”

Ten episodes in total of “Cursed” were produced.
