Netflix Orders Two New More Seasons of ‘Virgin River’

Netflix has announced two additional seasons of romantic drama “Virgin River”, which will take it through five seasons. Twenty new episodes have been ordered.

Debuting with season one in December 2019, “Virgin River” is  based on the bestselling book series of the same name by Robyn Carr and centers on a nurse practitioner (Alexandra Breckenridge) who moves to the remote California town of Virgin River and finds that life there isn’t as simple as she expected. It also stars Martin Henderson, Tim Matheson, Annette O’Toole, Colin Lawrence, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Lauren Hammersley, Grayson Gurnsey, Sarah Dugdale, Zibby Allen, Marco Grazzini, and Chase Petriw.

A total of 30 episodes of “Virgin River” have been produced to-date.
