Nickelodeon Orders Animated Series ‘Middlemost Post’

20 Episodes Ordered of the 2-D Animated Entry

Nickelodeon has greenlit a new 2-D animated half-hour called “Middlemost Post” from former “SpongeBob SquarePants” storyboard artist John Trabbic III. The series tells the tale of a former rain cloud, a brawny mailman and their magical pet walrus as they deliver packages to the unusual inhabitants of Mount Middlemost. Middlemost Post is produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio in Burbank, Calif., with Dave Johnson serving as co-executive producer and story editor.

Twenty episodes of “Middlemost Post” have been ordered. Additional casting news and premiere date will be announced in the coming months.
