Starz Greenlights ‘Power Book IV: Force’

Starz has announced the series order for “Power Book IV: Force,” which will be the third new series in the expanded “Power” universe from creator, writer and executive producer Courtney A. Kemp and executive producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. “Force” will center on Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora) after he seemingly cuts ties and puts New York City in his rear-view mirror for good.

“‘Power’ has been one of the most successful series in premium pay television during its six-year run, garnering more than 10 million multiplatform views in its last two seasons and we can’t wait to take fans in a whole new direction as we pick-up Tommy’s story with ‘Power Book IV: Force,’” said Starz programming chief Christina Davis.

“Vital Signs” producer Robert Munic will serve as showrunner and executive producer on the series. Munic’s credits include “Empire,” “Tales” and “Ice.”
