CBS — the lone broadcast network to air all original programming in prime time — was, by far, the top network on television among total viewers (9.28 million), adults 18-49 (2.0 rating/7 share) and adults 25-54 (3.0/9). Its four comedies each rose to their best numbers in several weeks:
The highly-promoted Sheldon-Amy hookup episode of “Big Bang Theory” (Women 18-34: 2.9/13; Men 18-34: 2.0/10; Women 18-49: 4.6/17; Men 18-49: 3.7/15) was its most-watched since the season premiere (Sep. 21, 2015).
“Life in Pieces” (Women 18-34: 1.5/7; Men 18-34: 1.1/5; Women 18-49: 2.6/9; Men 18-49: 1.9/7) – its largest total audience, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 performances since its series premiere (Sep. 21, 2015).
“Mom” (Women 18-34: 1.3/5; Men 18-34: 0.8/4; Women 18-49: 2.2/7; Men 18-49 1.4/5) – its largest total audience, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 performances of the season.
“2 Broke Girls” (Women 18-34: 1.0/4; Men 18-34: 0.7/3; Women 18-49: 1.8/6; Men 18-49 1.4/5) – its most-watched episode of the season.
NFL Network bested all among adults 18-34 with Tampa Bay-St. Louis on “Thursday Night Football” (Women 18-34: 0.95; Men 18-34: 2.18; Women 18-49: 1.09; Men 18-49: 2.92).
