CBS led Thursday night once again in total viewers but for the first time this TV season, they won the night with scripted fare.
Among their five programs in prime time, two had series debuts. The new Joel McHale workplace sitcom “The Great Indoors” lost about 40 percent of its “Big Bang Theory” lead-in among total viewers and key adult demos, about on-par with other prior series launches from that time slot, “Life in Pieces” and “The Millers.”
