Tips to Keep Your Feet Healthy and Comfortable

  7. Soak your feet in warm water and Epsom salt to reduce inflammation.
  8. Exercise your feet by rotating your ankles, pointing and flexing your toes, and trying different yoga poses.
  9. Use moisturizing creams and lotions to keep your feet hydrated. 

Remember that ignoring a foot problem can lead to more severe conditions, even if you’re healthy. However, consulting a podiatrist can help alleviate most conditions. In some cases, a foot specialist may even be able to help you cope with flat feet.
