TruTV Cancels ‘At Home with Amy Sedaris’

Thirty Episodes in Total Were Produced

TruTV has opted against a fourth season of “At Home with Amy Sedaris”, which featured Sedaris playing various characters focused on the comedian’s love of entertaining, crafts, and cooking. Each episode touched on a specific theme, featuring imaginative characters, how-to demonstrations, special guests and more. The news comes as the third season of the show, which concluded in July, is set to launch on the HBO Max streaming service.

“At Home with Amy Sedaris”, which was co-created by Sedaris along with her frequent collaborator and “Strangers With Candy” co-star Paul Dinello, earned back-to-back Emmy nominations in the Variety Sketch category as well as WGA Award nominations in the Comedy/Variety Sketch Series category. A total of 30 episodes were produced.
