Total Viewers:
Fox: 10.10 million, NBC: 5.02, CBS: 3.47, ABC: 2.31, CW: 534,000

Adults 18-49:
Fox: 2.3 rating/16 share, NBC: 0.6/ 4, ABC: 0.5/ 4, CBS: 0.4/ 3, CW: 0.1/ 1

Game 1 of The World Series on Fox (Atlanta 6, Houston 2) came in at an estimated 10.10 million viewers and a 2.3 rating/16 share in adults 18-49 in primetime. Of course, results for any live event (particularly sports) are only estimated.

In week two news, ABC drama “Queens” was off the charts, so to speak, with just 1.47 million viewers (#4) and a 0.3/ 2 in the demo (#3t) at 10 p.m. ET. Comparably, that trailed NBC’s competing medical drama “New Amsterdam” (Viewers: #2, 3.57 million; A18-49: #2, 0.4/ 3). And it lost more than half the audience of lead-in “The Bachelorette” (Viewers: #4, 2.72 million; A18-49: #3, 0.6/ 4 from 8-10 p.m.), which itself has lost noticeable steam this season.

On NBC, episode five of “Lost” wannabe “La Brea” held up, with 5.05 million viewers (#2) and a 0.6/ 4 (#3) in the demo at 9 p.m. ET. Retention out of lead-in “The Voice” (Viewers: #2, 6.44 million; A18-49: #2, 0.7/ 5 at 8 p.m.) was respectable at 78 percent in adults 18-49 and 86 percent in the demo.

Elsewhere, The CW featured “Stargirl” (Viewers: 634,000; A18-49: 0.1/ 1 at 8 p.m.) and “Supergirl” (Viewers: 434,000; A18-49: 0.1/ 1 at 9 p.m.), which both were buried in the No. 5 position as usual. And CBS was in all repeats.
