    L+3: LAST WEEK’S “THE BRAVE” TIED FOR THE NIGHT’S BIGGEST L+3 LIFT ON THE BIG 4 IN 18-49 PERCENTAGE

    Monday Primetime Results:

    The season finale of “The Brave” (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.9 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

    · Jumps +15% week to week in total viewers (3.895 million vs. 3.401 million).

    · Is currently up +17% versus last week’s 0.6 rating in adults 18-49 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings and maintaining 100% of last week’s 0.7 in official nationals.

    · Equals the show’s highest 18-49 rating since its fall finale on Nov. 20 (0.9).

    · Is currently tied for #1 in the timeslot among ABC, CBS and NBC in men 18-34.

    · Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD:

    o Last week’s episode grew by +80% in 18-49 (0.65 to 1.17) and more than +2.5 million viewers overall (3.4 million to 5.9 million) going from L+SD to L+3.

    o That +80% increased tied as the night’s biggest L+3 lift on the Big 4 networks.

    o L+7: “The Brave” has increased by +68% in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 0.98 to a 1.65) and more than +3.0 million viewers overall (4.9 million to 7.9 million

    o With the addition of projected 35-day non-linear ratings, the “Brave” figure grows to a 2.23 in 18-49.

    · Upscale: “The Brave” is generating a solidly upscale audience, indexing at a 108 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes.

    “Better Late Than Never” (0.9/3 in 18-49, 4.8 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

    · Retains 100% week to week in 18-49 (0.9 vs. 0.9) and 97% in total viewers (4.785 million vs. 4.922 million).

    · Ties for #2 in the timeslot among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and all key adult-male demos.

    · Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD – last week, “Better Late Than Never” grew by +20% in 18-49 (0.94 to 1.13) and +940,000 viewers overall (4.9 million to 5.9 million) going from L+SD to L+3.

    “The Wall” (1.1/4 in 18-49, 5.4 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

    · Is running with 0.1 of last week’s rating in 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.2) and retaining 94% in total viewers (5.415 million vs. 5.784 million).

    · Maintains or increases its rating from half-hour to half-hour in all key ratings categories.

    · Ties for #2 in the hour among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 as well as adults, men and women 18-34 and is #2 outright among those nets in men 25-54.

    · Upscale: “The Wall” delivers a solid upscale audience, last season indexing at a 109 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes (with 100 representing an average concentration of those homes).

    In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night:

    · In Nielsen’s 56 metered markets, household results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 1.8/5; “Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” 2.8/8; and ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” 1.8/5.

    · In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 0.5/3; “Late Show,” 0.5/3; and “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” 0.5/3.

    · From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC’s “Nightline” averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

    · From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” 1.1/4 in metered-market households; CBS’s “Late Late Show,” 1.2/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: “Late Night,” 0.3/3 in 18-49; “Late Late Show,” 0.3/2.

    · At 1:35 a.m., “Last Call with Carson Daly” averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

    ABC Monday Prime (8-11pm – 5.9 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49): Despite airing a repeat The Good Doctor at 10pm, ABC dominated Monday night with The Bachelor, beating runner-up CBS by 40% in Adults 18-49 (1.4/5 vs. 1.0/4). In fact it was the Net’s 6th week running as Monday’s #1 broadcaster with young adults.

    · ABC’s The Bachelor once again stood as Monday’s #1 TV program in Adults 18-49 (1.7/6), finishing as the night’s top series for the 3rd week in a row.

    The Bachelor (8-10pm – 6.3 million and 1.7/6 in AD18-49): From 8-10pm, ABC’s The Bachelor won its 2-hour slot over CBS original comedies in Total Viewers (+3% – 6.3 million vs. 6.1 million) and led by a definitive 70% in Adults 18-49 (1.7/6 vs. 1.0/4). The Bachelor held steady in Adults 18-49, coming within 1-tenth of its season high set the prior two weeks.

    The Good Doctor-R (10-11pm – 5.0 million and 0.8/3 in AD18-49): In the 10 o’clock hour, ABC’s repeat The Good Doctor beat NBC’s finale of The Brave by 1.1 million viewers (5.0 million vs. 3.9 million) and by 14% in Adults 18-49 (0.8/3 vs. 0.7/3).

  3. I don’t know why the networks decided we needed three military dramas this year especially one on the CW where it was very off-brand.

  4. I don’t see Valor getting renewed from The CW only saw it one time which was just alright nothing special.
