Behind Her Eyes

This series is about obsession with love. The story revolves around a girl Louise, who is a single mother and works as a secretary and falls in love with a man who is her new boss, David. The story takes place in London and takes a thrilling turn where Louise finds out that her boss is already married. Louise is not very happy with her life. She does not like her job much and feels unfulfilled. 

It is a psychological drama and Louise enters a world, which she never knew existed out there. The wife of the boss Adele and Louise eventually become good friends. Louise finds out that David and Adele do not have a very ideal relationship. Adele despises her husband and wants to be separated. Adele and Louise hang out one day where they shop and have fun. This creates a relationship of trust between the two and they become best friends. While they do confide in each other regarding their secrets, Louise does not tell Adele that she is cheating on Adele with her husband. Louise feels confident that she will end up with David, she thinks she makes the right moves selfishly. What she does not know is that Adele knows. How? That you will find out in the series.

Another character Rob comes into play later in the story. There is a series of twisted events that surprise the audience and the show has an unexpected ending.

Bridgerton

This is another show that has received a lot of appreciation from the audience. The show takes you back into the British era. It is based on Julia Quinn’s best-selling novel. The story is set in one of the most happening families of London. The show revolves around Daphne Bridgerton, who is the eldest daughter in the Bridgerton family. She is old enough to get married and so the search for a perfect groom begins.  She hopes to get married one day but before that she also hopes to find true love. 

Her brothers start to select potential suitors for her. One of Daphne’s aunt begins to slander her. Here is where the most amazing bachelor in town is introduced. He is charming, rebellious, and a gentleman. These two unexpectedly are tied up by the expectations of the society and eventually fall in love. Apart from the plot, the series, and the outfits that characterize the royalty are amazing. All characters play their roles to their best, which makes it a good series to watch. Bridgerton’s season 2 will come out soon. While fans are eagerly waiting for the second season, the team has announced that it will also have a season 3 and season 4.

Outlander

This Netflix series has received some amazing reviews from its audience. This series is a concoction of science fiction, romance, adventure, and history. The series is about a combat nurse, Claire Randall who is married to Frank during the World War 2. The couple is making an effort to preserve their relationship after the devastation of the war. The tragedy begins when the couple goes to watch a dance at the stone circle of Craigh na Dun. The next morning when Claire goes to get some plants and the stones scream. 

The story is set in 1945, however, she mysteriously finds herself in the year 1743. It is hard for her to believe but she eventually realizes that as she sees men with old school weapons. This is an unknown world for her and involves many dangers to her life. 

Claire ends up nursing a man called Jamie, who is terribly injured during the fight.  She eventually marries this warrior. The story evolves into a drama with a lot of twists and turns. It is a roller coaster ride and every episode will keep you guessing what happens next. This is a story about a woman who is torn between two separate marriages and tries to find a way to make them work. Apart from the strong plot and character the series is shot in many beautiful locations, which makes it more interesting.
