Amazon Orders Musical Drama ‘Jungle’

Six Half-Hour Episodes Ordered

Amazon has greenlit original UK musical drama “Jungle,” with an order for six half-hour episodes. “Jungle” will center will around two individuals navigating their ways through the UK grime music scene and will confront the similar obstacles that face them in differing ways within the setting of London.

The musical drama series has yet to include any cast members in the upcoming program, but has announced that there will be appearances from artists currently within the UK grime music scene in addition to a collection of British rappers. The series comes from production company Nothing Lost, which was founded by music video director Chas Appeti and music manager Junior Okoli.
