Michelle Obama to Guest Star on ‘blackish’

Episode to Air in the Upcoming Final Season

Former First Lady Michelle Obama is heading to ABC in primetime as a guest star in the upcoming eighth – and final – season of the critically acclaimed sitcom “black-ish.” She will appear as herself, but there are no specific details.

“I’ve long been a fan of ‘black-ish‘s’ wit and all-around brilliance, and it was such a thrill to join in for an episode,” wrote Obama on her social platforms. I can’t wait for you all to see it!”

This will mark her second appearance on a network comedy following her guest stint on NBC’s “Parks and Recreation” in 2014.
