The Breakdown:
Times have changed, no doubt, when the top-rated broadcast network on Monday averages just 4.91 million viewers (Fox) and a 1.0 rating in adults 18-49 (ABC). Fox’s dominance in total viewers was a result of dramas “9-1-1” (Viewers: #1, 6.54 million; A18-49: #2, 1.0/ 6) and spinoff “9-1-1: Lone Star” (Viewers: #1, 5.23 million; A18-49: #2, 0.8/ 5) from 8-10 p.m. ET. ABC’s demo win, of course, was a result of the 1.2 rating/7 share in adults 18-49 for “The Bachelor” from 8-10 p.m. (with 5.22 million viewers).

Dominance in total viewers shifted to CBS at 10 p.m. care of the 5.03 million viewers for older-skewing drama “Bull” (which finished third in adults 18-49, with a 0.4/ 3) and should call it quits this spring. ABC’s “The Good Doctor” and NBC game show “The Wall” each scored a 0.5 rating in the demo, while “The Good Doctor” had the advantage in total viewers (3.80 vs. 2.37 million).

On CBS, 8-9 p.m. sitcoms “The Neighborhood (Viewers: #2, 5.74 million; A18-49: #3, 0.8/ 5) and “Bob Hearts Abishola” (Viewers: #2, 5.41 million; A18-49: #3t, 0.6/ 4) earned their recent renewal stripes. But the network may want to opt against a third season of leadout legal drama “All Rise” (Viewers: #3, 4.01 million; A18-49: #4, 0.4/ 3 at 9 p.m.).

On NBC, viewers are tiring of Ellen DeGeneres’ shtick on “Ellen’s Game of Games”, with two episodes averaging a modest 2.81 million viewers (#4) and a 0.6/ 4 in adults 18-49 (#3t) from 8-10 p.m. And The CW cannot compete with 8-10 p.m. dramas “All American” (Viewers: #5, 751,000; A18-49: #5, 0.2/ 2) and “Black Lightning” (Viewers: #5, 565,000; A18-49: #5, 0.1/ 1).
