OWN Renews ‘Greenleaf’ for Season 4

OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network has greenlit a fourth season of drama series “Greenleaf” from Lionsgate, writer/executive producer Craig Wright, and executive producers Clement Virgo, Kriss Turner Towner, and Oprah Winfrey. The series stars Merle Dandridge as Grace Greenleaf, Lynn Whitfield as Lady Mae Greenleaf, and Keith David as Bishop Greenleaf. Season three guest stars include Patti LaBelle as Maxine Patterson, Iyanla Vanzant appearing as herself, and Beau Bridges as Bob Whitmore.

Debuting on June 21, 2016, “Greenleaf” follows the unscrupulous world of the Greenleaf family with scandalous secrets and lies, and their sprawling Mepmphis megachurch with predominantly African-American members. The current third season concludes on Oct. 10.
