‘SNL’: Kate McKinnon as Laura Ingraham Puts Her Slant on Current Events

In the cold open of the January 22, 2022 edition of NBC’s “SNL” (“Saturday Night Live“), Kate McKinnon portrayed conservative TV host Laura Ingraham in a parody of Fox News Channel’s “The Ingraham Angle”.

In the segment, the show’s guests included Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) (Aidy Bryant), unvaccinated professional tennis player (recently ousted from Australia) Novak Djokovic (Pete Davidson), and Donald Trump (James Austin Johnson).
