That pretty much seals the fate of the Toy Box. Too bad. I kind of enjoyed the kids in that one.
Undercover Boss despite airing on Fridays did better than the Amazing Race. About the best fans of TAR can hope for next season is midseason replacement or a move to summer.

· At 8:00 PM, UNDERCOVER BOSS returned in its new Friday time period first in viewers (5.35m), A18-49 (0.8) and A25-54 (1.1).
· At 9:00 PM, HAWAII FIVE-0 was first in viewers (7.87m), A18-49 (0.9) and A25-54 (1.4).
· At 10:00 PM, BLUE BLOODS was first in viewers (8.47m), A25-54 (1.4) and second in A18-49 (0.8). BLUE BLOODS was Friday’s #1 program in viewers.
· For the night, CBS was first in viewers (7.23m), A18-49 (0.8, tie) and A25-54 (1.3).

NBC ties for the nightlong win among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49.
“Dateline NBC” (0.8/3 in 18-49, 1.1 in adults 25-54, 4.1 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET):
· Ties for the timeslot win in adults 18-49, as well as men 18-49 and women 18-49.
· Grows +29% from its first half-hour to its fourth (from a 0.7 rating to a 0.9) and +44% in adults 25-54 (0.9 to 1.3).
· For its second hour from 10-11 p.m., ranks #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and is #1 or tied for #1 for the hour among adults, men and women 18-34 and adults, men and women 18-49.
· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting – “Dateline” is increasing by +34% this season in 18-49 rating (from a a 0.93 to a 1.25) and +1.2 million viewers overall (4.7 million to 5.9 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
· Upscale: Friday’s “Dateline” is delivering a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 112 among adults 18-49 in $100K+ homes.
“First Dates” (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.2 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):
· Retains 100% week to week in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.7), maintaining a 0.7 for a third straight week.
· Remains within 0.1 of its premiere rating of three weeks ago in 18-49 (0.8 on April 7).
· Equals NBC’s average in the timeslot last season in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.7, L+SD non-sports) and grows +3% in total viewers (3.223 million vs. 3.128 million).
· Ranks #2 in the slot among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49.
· Will add viewership via DVR time-shifting and VOD — the prior week’s “First Dates” grew by +25% in 18-49 (0.67 to 0.84) and +509,000 viewers overall (3.5 million to 4.0 million) going from L+SD to L+3 Nielsens.
· Upscale: “First Dates” is a strong upscale performer, generating a 123 index among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes (with 100 indicating an average concentration of those homes).
In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:
· In Nielsen’s 56 metered markets, household results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 2.2/5; “Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” 2.7/7; and ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” 1.3/3 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 0.7/4; “Late Show,” 0.4/2; and “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” 0.4/2 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC’s “Nightline” averaged a 1.0/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” 1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS’s “Late Late Show,” 1.5/4 with an encore. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: “Late Night,” 0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore; “Late Late Show,” 0.2/1 with an encore.
· At 1:35 a.m., “Last Call with Carson Daly” averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
