YES Network is averaging 126,000 Total Viewers — according to Nielsen Media Research — for its New York Yankees Spring Training games so far this spring (thru Mar. 18), putting the network on pace to have its best Spring Training since 2009, when the network averaged 134,000 Total Viewers for its full Spring Training slate.
It was previously reported that the Yankees’ first Spring Training telecast this season, their game versus the Toronto Blue Jays on Feb. 28, had delivered the second largest Spring Training audience in the network’s history with 200,000 viewers.
YES’ 126,000 Average Total Viewers for its first six Spring Training telecasts this season is 26 percent greater than YES’ seven Spring Training telecasts from 2020.
