‘SNL’: The ‘Please Don’t Destroy’ Trio Celebrates Good Variant

A recorded segment on the February 26, 2022 edition of NBC’s “SNL” (“Saturday Night Live“) featured the “Please Don’t Destroy” comedy trio of Ben Marshall, John Higgins, and Martin Herlihy. The three guys were in their office flipping through the channels on their TV and encountered a news anchor John Mulaney reporting that scientists have discovered another COVID-19 variant. But it’s one that makes people “cooler” in reputation.

The office soon became a party scene with Paul Rudd and “Today” weatherman Al Roker joining in on the fun.
